No prior experience is necessary to join our classes. We welcome all fitness and skill levels. For Boxing and Kickboxing, you'll need gloves and hand wraps, which can be purchased at our gym if you don't have your own. For Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a gi (uniform) is required, which can also be purchased at our facility.
